do I sign up for an account
with photoswift?

- Click
on the Register link
on the menu bar.
- Provide
your name, email address
and a 4 digit
Email/MMX PIN number.
All fields are mandatory.
- Click
on the Register button.
- Registration
details would be sent to your email
address.
- The
email will also contain a
temporary password, which has
to used to login to your Photoswift account.
- You would be prompted
to change your password after you sign in for
the first time.

If you wish to give
Print access to your

a Photoswift account to
view your album. However,
they will be able to order
prints from your album
only if they are registered

Can
I unshare an album that
has been already been shared?

Yes, you can unshare albums
by doing the following,

Click on the Edit Settings
button under the Photo
Share section in the
Album Details Page.

Check the Email IDs
of friends with whom
you wish to unshare the
album.

Click on the Remove button.
Can
I grant/revoke print permission
after granting permission?

Yes, you can grant/revoke
print permission for albums
shared with friends.

on the Edit Settings

Album Details Page.

of friends whose print
access you wish to change.

Check the "Allow Prints"

h. Sent From - Enter
your name. Leave it
empty if you wish to
make a generic card.
n. Once you are satisfied
with your design, click on the Save
button to save the card.
o. Click on the Save
and Add to Cart button
to add the card to your
shopping cart.

Does
Quick Order apply to the
entire order? Top
Quick
Order applies to all the
photos in the order. However,
it does not apply to
photo products.
How
do I place an order using
Quick Order? Top
-
Select the print sizes.
-
Enter the number of
copies.
-
Click on the Total button.
-
The price for each photo
graph along with the
sub and grand totals
will be displayed.
-
If you wish to make
changes to the order
specification like add
more copies or multiple
sizes for any of the
photographs you may
do so.
-
If changes have been
made, click on the Total
button at the bottom.
- If
there are any photo
products in the shopping
cart, enter the number
of copies against each
of the items (Note:
Quick Orders apply only
to prints and not products).

When you have completed
the order specification,
click on the Confirm
button.

Provide the shipping
details in the next
page.
a. You may select an
address from your address
book (If you have placed
orders earlier, shipping
address will be automatically
saved to your address
book).
b. Alternatively, you
may enter a new address,
if this is your first
order or if the address
is not already available
in the address book.
c. Click on the continue
button.

The next screen will
display the gist of
order details.

Click on the make payment
button to proceed with
your payment.

Enter details required
to complete payment.

On successful payment
your order will be booked.
What
is custom order? Top
If
you wish to have different
sizes and varying no of copies
for each of the photos
present in the shopping
cart, then use the custom
order option. In this
option you can specify
the number of copies for
each size for ever individual
photo in the shopping
cart.
What
is Print Finish?
Top
Print
finish section allows you
to specify the following
details for all the photos
in your shopping cart.
- Choose
between Glossy and Matte
finishes for your photographs.

Check on the Enhancement
option if you wish to
have the photos corrected
for minor defects like
red eye correction,
color balance, lighting
etc. (Note that only
minor corrections will
be done).

Check on the White Border
option if you wish to
have a white border
around your prints.
Does
Print Finish apply to
my entire order? Top
Yes,
print finish applies to
all the photos in the
order. However, it does
not apply to the photo products.
All photo products will
retain the finish specification
as entered while personalizing
the products.
How
can I track the status
of my order? Top
The status of your order
will be displayed against
the order number in the
Order Status Section on
the right panel in your
personal homepage. You
can click on the order
number to see the order
details.
What
happens to my order specifications
if my transaction was
decline for any reason?
Top
In
case your payment was
declined for any reason,
your order details are
retained with a status
of "Payment Pending".
You may choose to either
make payment against the
same order again at a
later time or cancel the
same.
How
do I make payment against
an order for which payment
was declined earlier?
Top
-
Click on the Order Number
of the order you wish
to make payment for.

The order details are
displayed along with
the order status.
-
If your order status
is "Payment Pending" you
can click on the Make
Payment button.

You will be redirected
to the CC avenues payment
gateway where you can
proceed with payment.
Can
I cancel an order that
is placed? Top
Yes,
you may cancel an order
placed provided the order
has not been taken for
processing already.
